Iâll work with your player 1-1 weekly for 3 months to instill a âmental operating systemâ that has been proven to produce Professional Players. Iâll also work with YOU (the parent) to help you create a âwinning environmentâ and strong family culture in the home. This will be one of the best experiences of your childâs life.
6-Month Development

This is a 6-month Development journey with Coach Lucas that is perfect for Families that want to make a serious impact on their childâs development. This is for players that are serious about playing professionally, and want help from an experienced coach who has a proven system in producing Professional Players, National Team Players, College Players, etc. With personalized coaching, tailored development plans, and individual focus â Coach Lucas combines Mental, Physical, Technical, and Tactical trainings into a comprehensive development plan that will help any player skyrocket their development and significantly improve their performances.

12-Month Epic Mode

This is a Full 12-Month Development Journey with Coach Lucas. This is an âALL-INâ approach to getting the best possible development and personal coaching over a 12-month period.
Families from U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia choose this option to provide their child the absolute best opportunities to become a professional player.
This is typically for families that have already worked with Coach Lucas, trust his work, and have the experience to know that this is best way to put their child in a position to succeed in their sport and in their lives.
This is 5-6 years of development condensed into a 12-month period.
